Development | Telecollaborative Project Building
with 2LearnTelecollaborative Project Building with 2LearnTelus 2Learn and Industry Canada through Grass Roots Funding have secured funding for online project development. This funding is awarded to schools for the creation and implementation of the projects. Funding is awarded according to the criteria specified by Telus 2Learn. Funds can be used for release time or resources to assist with project development. All funds are awarded to the school and resources purchased with these funds belong to the school. 
The first of two sessions will take place in the first semester of the year and will continue in January (TBA). The first session will introduce teachers to the 2Learn Project Centre and Online Project development. The repeat sessions will assist teachers with the ongoing development and the final posting of the projects. These small group sessions will be facilitated by the Edmonton Catholic Schools Telus 2Learn Lead Teachers. The teacher leaders will assist you in your application for Grassroots Funding and teach the basics of Front Page to create exciting web pages. These sessions will take place at Our Lady of Victories. Facilitator: 2Learn Lead Teachers.
